This notice covers project enquiries and conversations submitted to Sun Digitals.tech.

What we collect

Your name, email address, selected service, budget range, project description, chat messages, read receipts, and any files you choose to attach. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

Our team uses your enquiry and conversation to assess requirements, contact you, prepare a quote, and coordinate delivery. We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries, messages, and attachments are stored in our configured MongoDB database. Staff access uses an authenticated dashboard with an essential sign-in cookie that expires after eight hours. Customers access only their own conversation using the private link shown after submission. Anyone with that link can access the conversation and its attachments. Keep it private and bookmark it: links are not emailed and there is currently no automatic recovery flow. Messages are protected by access controls, not end-to-end encryption.

Short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent abuse. Attachments are downloaded rather than previewed inline and are not malware-scanned; only open files you trust.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries, conversations, and attachments are retained while needed for project discussions, delivery, and applicable record-keeping. You can request access, correction, or removal through your project inbox or by replying to our project correspondence.
